in the last weekWe had an incredible omakase experience at Sushi by Bou inside the Fairmont in San Juan. The setting is one of the highlights—it’s a small, intimate room with seating for only about 10–12 guests, which makes the entire experience feel personal and exclusive. We came to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond by surprising her with sake shots, which made the evening even more special. Every course was beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and packed with flavor. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. The service was exceptional from start to finish. George, Gio, and Yamil were all fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making sure everyone had a great experience. They continuously checked on us, explained the dishes, and made us feel welcome throughout the meal. If you’re looking for a unique, intimate omakase experience in San Juan, Sushi by Bou is absolutely worth it. Between the outstanding food, personalized service, and unforgettable atmosphere, this was easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend!
