Welcome to the Lanza Visión PR platform, operated and managed by L.F.P. PROPERTIES LLC (hereinafter, “L.F.P. PROPERTIES,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the company that owns this website and all rights to the Lanza Visión PR brand.
Operating Model: Our platform operates under a hybrid model, which combines:
Direct Services: advertising in our online directory, with or without a booking module, for businesses subscribed directly with us (“Direct Providers”).
Affiliate Services: access to experiences, hotels, activities, events, and other services offered by third-party platforms (“Affiliate Platforms”) such as Expedia, Viator, FareHarbor, TicketNetwork, among others.
By accessing or using our website, applications, or other services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) as well as any other policy referenced herein.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the most up-to-date version.
2. Eligibility
The Services are available only to individuals twenty-one (21) years of age or older who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Users under the age of twenty-one (21) may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
3. Account Registration and Security
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Services.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
L.F.P. PROPERTIES LLC reserves the right to terminate your account if the information provided is false, misleading, or violates these Terms.
We are committed to protecting your privacy but are not liable for data breaches caused by force majeure events.
4. Services Offered
4.1. Direct Services:
Inclusion in our online directory under two options:
Free Option: basic listing without booking module.
Paid Option: listing with booking module for $150 per month.
4.2. Affiliate Services:
Through links, widgets, or integrations, we provide access to products and services from Affiliate Platforms.
When you use a link or widget from an Affiliate Platform, the transaction, confirmation, payment, cancellation, and customer service will be governed by that platform’s terms and policies, not by L.F.P. PROPERTIES LLC.
Affiliate Disclosure (FTC): L.F.P. PROPERTIES LLC may receive a commission for transactions made through affiliate links or widgets on our site.
5. Subscription Plans (Direct Services)
Direct Providers may choose between:
Free Plan: listing in the directory without booking module access.
Booking Plan: listing in the directory with booking module for a monthly cost of $150.
The monthly subscription will be billed in advance and is payable at the start of each service period.
By publishing services or using the platform, the Provider acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms.
6. Bookings and Payments
6.1. Direct Services:
Bookings are available only to Providers who subscribe to the Booking Plan. L.F.P. PROPERTIES LLC does not charge per booking; the cost is limited to the established monthly fee.
6.2. Affiliate Services:
L.F.P. PROPERTIES LLC does not process payments or manage the service.
Payment, commissions, taxes, refunds, and processing times are governed by the policies of the Affiliate Platform.
Any dispute or claim must be handled directly with that platform.
7. Communication Channels
By making a booking or interacting with our platform, you agree to receive confirmations, reminders, and communications by email, SMS, or other electronic means.
Messages between users and businesses may be reviewed by site administrators for moderation, policy compliance, and customer support purposes.
8. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
8.1. Direct Providers:
The cancellation policies established on the Lanza Visión PR platform will apply.
8.2. Affiliate Platforms:
The cancellation, change, and refund policies of the Affiliate Platform will apply exclusively.
9. User Conduct
You agree to:
Provide truthful and complete information.
Not use the Services for illegal purposes.
Not upload or transmit harmful or fraudulent content.
Not engage in spam, phishing, or abusive behavior.
Use the Services only for authorized purposes.
L.F.P. PROPERTIES LLC may suspend or terminate your access in case of non-compliance.
10. Reviews and User-Generated Content
Reviews must be based on real experiences and comply with applicable laws.
L.F.P. PROPERTIES LLC may moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms.
By submitting content, you grant L.F.P. PROPERTIES LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in connection with the Services.
11. Links and Third-Party Services
The site may contain links to Affiliate Platforms such as Expedia, Viator, FareHarbor, TicketNetwork, among others.
L.F.P. PROPERTIES LLC does not control or guarantee the content, availability, or policies of these platforms.
Your use of their services is at your own risk.
12. Intellectual Property
All site content is the property of L.F.P. PROPERTIES LLC or its licensors.
Reproduction or distribution without written authorization is prohibited.
The structure of plans, pricing, and features is proprietary and protected information.
13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Direct Services: We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of information.
Affiliate Services: We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, quality, changes, or cancellations of services managed by third parties.
In no event shall L.F.P. PROPERTIES LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration.
15. Changes to Services and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
