9 months agoPoor customer service experience. We pre-ordered 100 specialty donuts for a wedding and when we arrived for pick up, the cashier did not have any knowledge of our order at all. The excuse was that they lost power that morning, but they did not give us any warning or update on the situation. We ended up settling for all glazed donuts and waited an additional 45 minutes in person for them to be ready.
