a week agoA painful tourist experience in San Juan. Similar to what a tourist might experience on La Rambla in Barcelona. Very poor food and completely exorbitant prices. The only redeeming feature is the service.

a week agoI could not do it. I could not fight black bugs for my appetizers while sitting in the restaurant. It was a special occasion and Marmalade was closed so we wandered down to Sofias. Worst food mistake I made. After the pre-main event bout with bugs we called it quits and went home to eat.

2 weeks agoThe food amd drinks at Sofia's was amazing. I asked the server to recommend something based on what I was originally thinking about ordering and he recommended the Shrimp Champagne pasta and it was delicious. My friend had the Soprano meatball appetizer because she wasn't very hungry. I also ordered the Caesar salad. It was good but the dressing wasn't what I would consider an authentic caesar dressing. I would definitely recommend giving Sofia's a try.
