They run daily lunch specials, so there's always a great deal on the board. The service really stood out: the waitress took the time to explain every item in the special and everything I could order. Fresh local seafood, generous portions, and honest prices. If you're looking for authentic Puerto Rican seafood on the west coast of Puerto Rico, Peña Blanca is the place. I'll be back.
