a week agoI generally dont drop the five star but this place requires it. The service was exceptional..attentive..fun and knowledgeable. The views are incredible..with a nice breeze practical setup of the resturant. The food is beyond exceptional..I had the meatballs..with a white cream sauce that was so rich and savory I should have ordered 2..followed by the chicken carb..which was equally exceptional..amd cooked to perfection...of note I had 2 meatballs and sauce left of which I added to the dish and it was LIGHTS OUTS..hard to express how savory..rich..full of flavor it was..would highly highly recommend and will be going back before I leave. A must when in SJ.

3 weeks agoSpectacular place, the service was beyond excellent. Sofia was very nice and competent, even though we were a group of 15 people; she was so pleasant. The place is pure luxury and the prices are very affordable. We are a large group who travel together to many countries and we know what a good restaurant and excellent service are. Many thanks to the entire Dante's team.

4 weeks agoIt was ok! Not worth $210 thats for sure. We got an appetizer which was some tomatoes with ricotta, and what you see on the picture with 3 classes of prosecco and 2 espresso! Not worth $210 again! My pasta (vongole) was extremely salty. It was the salty cheese and the salty spices. It was only 2 vongoles in it. The ambient was decent for not having the ocean and just the river. We wanted to add grilled chicken to a different dish and they did not offer that. They only had the veal $75 or the rib eye for $125. It was ok.
