a week agoWe had Sunday brunch! 100/100. The staff is amazing and friendly. The food was sooo delicious and the dj played music. Its was a perfect Sunday funday in the sun. And the best part is our child was allowed to swim in the pool!!! Didn’t need to be a guest which i found amazing. We ate brunch and she swam it was such a win and a must visit for a fun environment. THE BEST MOJITO on the island 🤙🏼

2 weeks agoI’m currently in Puerto Rico on vacation and was really disappointed with my experience at Casa\. The atmosphere was nice, and the place itself had a good vibe\. Unfortunately, the service was a completely different story\. Our server took our drink and food orders, and we waited over 30 minutes for our food\. At first, we didn’t mind waiting because we understand that restaurants can get busy\. However, a group of white women sat at the table next to us, placed their order, and received their food within about 15 minutes—while we were still waiting\. At that point, we decided to leave\. What made the experience even worse was that **not one person apologized, acknowledged the long wait, or even asked what happened\.** There was absolutely no effort to address the situation\. As a Puerto Rican visiting Puerto Rico on vacation, this was especially disappointing\. Whether the difference in service was intentional or not, **the way the situation was handled felt extremely unprofessional and left a very bad impression\.** A nice atmosphere means very little when the customer service doesn’t match it\. I expected much better and would not recommend this place based on my experience.
