Hace 3 mesesEl café lo muelen demasiado fino y tapa los filtros de la máquina de café expreso. En la cafetera regular se filtra la borra por ser tan finos. Me comunique para darle conocimiento y el que me atendió dijo que era agricultor y que eso no era posible y no me dejó hablar y ahora le dejo está nota para que sepa que mi recomendación era sencilla. Que para poder usarlo en las máquina expreso no debe ser tan fino. El café me gustaba Pero la actitud del agricultor no. Solo quería darle mi sugerencia como cliente que fuí.

Hace 7 mesesEste café es de una calidad excepcional, y lo considero el mejor café de Puerto Rico. Se trata de café arábica 100% local. Tanto el aroma del grano molido como el del café preparado son inigualables. Su perfil de sabor no es amargo, lo que permite disfrutarlo sin azúcar o con una cantidad mínima, y no deja un regusto pronunciado. Adicionalmente, el empaque es sumamente funcional. Una vez abierto, garantiza un sellado óptimo e incorpora una válvula para la extracción de aire, lo que contribuye a preservar su aroma y frescura. En definitiva, este café es altamente recomendable.
