His service was exceptional: genuine, warm, and incredibly personalized. He took the time to understand our food allergies and made us feel completely at ease, paying attention to every detail throughout the night. Every recommendation he made—from the wine pairing and cocktails to each food selection—was absolutely spot on. His knowledge, passion, and ability to tailor the experience to our preferences elevated an already outstanding meal into one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. The Short Rib, Pasta Verde, and the Chef’s Plate featuring the salmon were all absolutely outstanding—beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Miguel is the definition of world-class hospitality. We will absolutely be back, and we’ll definitely be asking for Miguel. Thank you for making our evening so memorable!

2 weeks agoEverything was superb. Great ambience and Excellent service. All the dishes were beyond expectations. We were a party of 4, and ordered different courses. We had for starters the ricotta gnocchi w. Duck, a ricotta dip w yuca chips (super delicious) crispy blood sausages. For main course we had the pork, lamb, short ribs and the duck, so delicious. For dessert, the apple pudding w brown butter ice cream ( the best I ever had) and the dulce de leche soufflé. All with a blend of different flavors, that made them very unique and tasty. Highly recommended. Will definitely return. Thanks Chef Carol for this savory experience 🤗

2 weeks agoWe came to Boveda on our last night in Puerto Rico and it did not disappoint. We had a table of 8, we ordered the lamb shank (amazing), prime rib, corn soup, duck - almost every entree on the menu and they were all delicious! The mussels Escabeche are a MUST. Prices were very reasonable and the atmosphere was beautiful. Joel took amazing care of us, the best server we’ve ever had! We will be back 🫶🏻
