in the last weekBeautiful Atmosphere, but the Service Fell Short of Expectations This was our first time dining here, and we chose the restaurant to celebrate a birthday. Unfortunately, the experience was a bit disappointing, particularly when it came to service and overall attentiveness. From the beginning, it was extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone to ask a few questions before our visit. Despite leaving multiple voicemails, as instructed by the automated message, I never received a return call. Nonetheless, upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the restaurant’s aesthetics. The space is absolutely gorgeous, and the hostesses were warm, welcoming, and friendly. Our waitstaff was somewhat attentive throughout the evening, but things took a turn when an issue arose with one of our guests’ meals. We requested to speak with a manager three separate times, and it took approximately 40 minutes before anyone came over to address our concerns. To the manager’s credit, he did offer to remove the charges associated with the issue and provided a complimentary dessert, which was delicious. While we appreciated the gesture, the delayed response and overall lack of attentiveness left us feeling that the experience could have been handled much better. As for the food, it was good, but not exceptional. Given the restaurant’s pricing and overall presentation, we expected a higher level of service and a more memorable dining experience. Overall, the atmosphere was the highlight of our visit, but the service did not match the price point or expectations. Would we return? Possibly, but with significantly lower expectations. If you’re a Bad Bunny fan and want to experience the restaurant for yourself, it may be worth a visit. However, if you’re looking for an exceptional dining experience, especially for a special occasion, I would encourage exploring other options. Beautiful space, decent food, but unfortunately, the overall experience left much to be desired.
